MEASUREMENTS - The overall length of our sports agility ladder is 6 metres, with each rung measuring 42 cm long, 2.2 cm wide & 5mm thick. Included in the set are 4 nails, to hold the agility ladder firmly on the ground when in use. The training cones can be used together or separately.
